彭娟娟(1981-),浙江财经大学信息管理与人工智能学院副教授、硕士生导师,中南大学商学院管理科学与工程专业博士,工商管理专业博士后,中国优选法统筹法与经济数学研究会计算机模拟与信息技术分会”理事。主要从事决策理论与方法、评价理论与方法、数据挖掘与信息管理等方面的研究,主持国家级项目1项,省部级项目4项,出版专著1部。近几年以第一作者或通讯作者在SCI/SSCI国际学术期刊上发表论文20余篇,包括Information Sciences,International Journal of Fuzzy Systems,Neural Computing and Applications,Applied Soft Computing,Computers & Industrial Engineering等国际期刊,其中1篇被评为“中国百篇最具国际影响力学术论文”,3篇入选ESI前0.1%热点论文,9篇入选ESI前1%高被引论文。曾获湖南省优秀博士学位论文及其他省部级奖项3项。
